What exactly is Richie's Collagen?
A daily pork collagen topper for dogs. You stir one serving into their usual food to support healthy joints, skin and coat, and everyday wellbeing.
Is it a complete food?
No. It is a complementary topper designed to sit alongside a balanced diet, not replace it.
How long does one pack last?
Thirty daily servings, one for every day of a typical month.
Which pack should I choose?
Same collagen either way: sachets in a tin (30 daily sachets, one a day, nothing to measure) or a resealable 300 g bag with a scoop (30 daily servings). You choose as you build their pack.
Do I get a tin every time?
No. Your first sachets order arrives in a reusable tin, and every order after that is a refill pack of 30 sachets that fits straight into it.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. Keep it cool and dry, and seal the pack between servings.
Using it
Feeding guide: how much should I give?
One serving a day, by weight, in teaspoons from the 300 g bag: 0 to 10 kg, 1 teaspoon; 11 to 20 kg, 2 teaspoons; 21 kg and over, 2 teaspoons. With sachets, one sachet a day. Approx. 21 calories per 5 g serving. See the feeding guide.
Do I need to change my dog's food?
No. The whole point is that nothing else changes: same food, same routine, one extra spoonful.
My dog is fussy. Will they eat it?
Most do, because it is stirred through food they already like. If yours turns their nose up, the 30-day happiness guarantee covers you.
Is it suitable for puppies?
It is safe for dogs from 8 weeks, and the serving guide is written for adult dogs, so if you have a puppy, ask your vet first.
Personalisation
Can I personalise the pack?
Yes. Add your dog's name and a favourite photo before adding to basket, and we print them on the label.
Can I change the details after ordering?
Usually yes, if you email us before we start making your pack, which is usually within a few hours of ordering.
What photo works best?
A clear, well lit shot where your dog's face fills a good part of the frame. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB.
Orders & delivery
How much does it cost?
The 300 g bag is £19.95, or £17.95 a month on subscription. The tin with 30 sachets is £29.95, or £26.95 a month on subscription with the tin included in your first delivery and a refill pack every month after that. Refill packs on their own are £24.95. Subscriptions are 10% below the one-time price and include free UK delivery. Cancel any time with 7 days' notice before your next pack.
When will my pack arrive?
UK delivery is free. Please allow up to 3 working days from the day you order. Delivery details.
What if my pack does not arrive?
If it has not arrived after 3 working days, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement. If we cannot get one to you within 7 days of you telling us, we will refund your order in full. Delivery details.
When do you launch?
Soon. Founding customers get the first packs, lock in launch pricing and fund our first rescue donation.
Guarantee, returns & cancelling
How does the 30-day happiness guarantee work?
If your dog will not eat Richie's Collagen, tell us within 30 days of your first delivery and we will refund your first pack. It covers your first order, one pack per household, and you do not need to send the pack back. Returns and Refunds.
Can I return a personalised pack?
Not for a change of mind: every pack is printed with your dog's name and photo and made to order. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Returns and Refunds.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In My account, under Subscriptions, or by email. Cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date to stop the next pack; if you cancel later than that, the next pack is sent and charged as normal and the subscription ends after it. No fee, no minimum term. How cancelling works.

£1 from every pack goes to East Midlands Dog Rescue, in Richie's name. We will publish exactly where the money goes.
