Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment.

Cost

UK delivery is free on every order and every subscription pack. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Every pack is personalised and made to order. Please allow up to 3 working days from the day you order for your pack to arrive. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays.

Subscription packs are sent each month around your renewal date, and the same 3 working days apply.

Keeping you posted

We email you when your order is received and again when it is on its way. Please check that your delivery address and email address are right at checkout, because personalised packs cannot be redirected once they have been sent.

If your pack has not arrived

If your pack has not arrived after 3 working days, email richiescollagen@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it straight away and send a replacement.

If we cannot get a replacement to you within 7 days of you telling us, we will refund your order in full.

If your pack arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will replace the pack or refund it. You do not need to send the damaged pack back unless we ask, and if we do ask we will pay the postage.
