Cancelling a subscription

How to cancel

1. Log in to My account.
2. Open Subscriptions and choose the subscription you want to stop.
3. Press “Cancel subscription”, check the summary and confirm.

You will see your next renewal date and exactly what happens before you confirm. We send you an email to confirm the cancellation.

If you would rather not log in, email richiescollagen@gmail.com from the address you ordered with and we will cancel it for you.

When to cancel

Every pack is personalised and printed ahead of dispatch. To stop your next pack, cancel at least 7 days before your next renewal date.

• Cancel 7 days or more before your renewal date: no more packs are sent and no more payments are taken.
• Cancel less than 7 days before your renewal date: your next pack is already being made, so it is sent and charged as normal, and the subscription ends after it.

Your renewal date is shown in My account and in every renewal email.

No fees, no minimum term

You can cancel after your first pack. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of months.

Taking a break instead

If you only need a break, email us and we will move your next pack to a later date.

One-time orders

A one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund until we start making your pack, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once a personalised pack has been made it cannot be cancelled, but your rights if something is wrong with it are not affected. See Returns and Refunds.
