Returns and Refunds

What happens when something is not right, in plain words.

Personalised packs

Every pack is printed with your dog’s name and photo and made to order. For that reason the usual 14 day right to change your mind does not apply to our packs. This is the exception for personalised goods in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

That does not affect your rights if something is wrong with your order. Those are set out below.

30-day happiness guarantee

We want your dog to enjoy it. If your dog will not eat Richie’s Collagen, tell us within 30 days of your first delivery and we will refund your first pack. The guarantee covers one pack per household and applies to your first order only. You do not need to send the pack back.

If your pack does not arrive

Please allow 3 working days for delivery. If your pack has not arrived by then, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement. If we cannot get a replacement to you within 7 days of you telling us, we will refund your order in full.

If your pack is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the pack or refund it, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the pack unless we ask, and if we do ask we will pay the postage.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.

How to ask for a refund

Email richiescollagen@gmail.com with your order number and a short note of what went wrong. A real person will reply, usually the same day and always within two working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the payment method you used for the order. Once we have agreed a refund we send it without delay and always within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future packs and future payments. It does not refund a pack that has already been made or sent. See the Cancellation page for how and when to cancel.
