The plain rules for buying from Richie's Collagen.

When these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Aurora Consulting (Yorkshire) Limited. “You” means the person placing the order.
What we sell
Richie’s Collagen is a complementary food for dogs: a pork collagen powder that is stirred into your dog’s usual food. It comes as a 300 g bag with a scoop, or as 30 daily sachets in a reusable tin. It is not a complete food and it is not a medicine. If your dog has a health condition or is on medication, please speak to your vet before adding anything new to their diet.
Every pack is personalised with your dog’s name and photo and is made to order.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. UK delivery is free.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
We take care to keep prices right. If we find a pricing mistake on an order you have placed, we will contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Subscription discount
Subscriptions cost 10% less than the one-time price of the same pack. The discount applies for as long as the subscription is active. It cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.
Subscriptions
A subscription sends one pack every month and takes payment once a month on your renewal date, starting from the date of your first order. With the sachets subscription, your first delivery comes in the reusable tin and every delivery after that is a refill pack of 30 sachets.
You can cancel at any time from My account, under Subscriptions, or by emailing richiescollagen@gmail.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Because every pack is personalised and printed ahead of dispatch, please cancel at least 7 days before your next renewal date to stop that month’s pack. If you cancel later than that, the next pack is sent and charged as normal and the subscription ends after it. The full rules are on the Cancellation page.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Your photo and your dog’s name
You confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload and that it is suitable for printing. We use the photo and name only to make your pack and to answer questions about your order. We may decline to print anything offensive or unlawful, and in that case we will contact you for a different photo or refund the order.

30-day happiness guarantee
Your first pack is covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. The details are on the Returns and Refunds page.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page on the day you place it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
